Orders over €20 qualify for free shipping. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are €6.95. Mermaid Party ships from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.

Returns
You can use our free return service. This is all explained on the packing slip included in your package. After entering the reference number and your email address, you will receive a return label to send the package back to us. Returning is possible up to 30 days.
